lemon juice

dried cranberries

celery

, shelled

feta cheese
, crumbled
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Kosher salt and lemon juice.
Toss gently with the cooked and chilled wild rice.
Add the dried cranberries, celery, pistachios and crumbled feta cheese, toss to combine.
Serve at room temperture or slightly chilled.
