Spicy Thai Chicken Pizza uses a rich peanut satay sauce with shredded chicken, colorful vegetables and topped with sweet honey roasted peanuts and spicy chili oil.
Combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, lime juice and brown sugar in a small food processor or a small bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
Thai Chicken Pizza:
On a preheated pizza stone, par-cook the pizza crust according to package directions. Remove and allow to cook slightly before topping. Keep the oven on.
Spread the peanut satay sauce evenly over pizza crust. Top with the shredded chicken, roasted red pepper, carrot and celery. Bake for 10 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
Remove and evenly sprinkle the scallions, cilantro and peanuts over the pizza.
Drizzle with Chinese chili oil and spritz with the fresh lime wedges.
