Pumpkin Waffles:

pumpkin pie spice

pumpkin puree
, NOT pumpkin pie filling

whole milk

Instructions
Pumpkin Waffles:
In a medium mixing bowl bowl, whisk or sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Set aside.
In a separate large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, pumpkin puree, milk and butter, beat until well combined.
Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, folding gently.
Heat the waffle iron and coat generously with cooking spray.
Add the waffle batter according to package directions.
This will vary by waffle maker and brand.
Assemble:
Serve immediately with syrup, candied walnuts and whipped cream.
