One-Pan Sausage Alfredo Pasta is an easy, filling one-pan meal the entire family will enjoy. Homemade alfredo sauce included!

hot Italian sausage links
, cut into thirds

tablespoon
butter

garlic cloves
, minced

heavy cream
1
cup
parmesan cheese
, shredded
1/2
teaspoon
fine sea salt
1/2
teaspoon
ground white pepper
1
cup
roasted red peppers
, cut into strips
parsley
, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
n a large pot over medium heat, cook sausage links cut into thirds, approximately 8-10 minutes.
Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain and wipe pot clean.
Add butter, melt and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
Add heavy cream and shredded parmesan cheese. Whisk until it starts to thicken.
Whisk in fine sea salt and ground white pepper.
Add sausage links, cooked pasta and roasted red pepper into sauce. Toss to coat.
Serve and top with chopped parsley.

*You can cook the pasta in the same pot if you use a large saucepan or Dutch oven.
