In the bowl of a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer, beat the 8 ounces cream cheese until smooth. Add the 1/2 cup unsalted butter and 1 cup creamy peanut butter, beating until smooth.
Blend in the 1 cup light brown sugar, 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla extractt mixing for at least 2-3 minutes.
By hand, fold in the 1/2 cup rolled oats (old fashioned or quick-cooking oats), 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, 1/2 cup mini M&Ms and 1/2 cup pretzels.
Chill until ready to serve with your favorite dippers (see note).
