Ingredients

water

piece fresh ginger
, cut into slices

lemon
, seeded and cut into slices
Instructions
Bring water to a boil on the stove.
Add ginger slices, remove from heat and allow to steep for 10-15 minutes.
Strain ginger pieces from the water and discard the ginger.
Pour into serving glasses and add fresh lemon slices.
Can be served hot or cold.
