Ingredients

, cooked and meat removed and roughly chopped*

butter

chives

lemon zest

Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat butter until melted. Add lemon zest.
Toss chopped lobster meat in the melted butter and toss well to coat.
Transfer to rolls.
Top with chives and serve immediately.
