chili powder

paprika

Dash of cayenne
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together the salt, chili powder, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and cayenne.
Rub the spice blend evenly over the turkey and under the skin.
Prepare as desired- roast or fried.
