Homemade hummus is creamy, smooth, and packed with flavor and it’s perfect for dipping or spreading on just about anything!

Ingredients

canned chickpeas
, drained and rinsed

tahini

extra virgin olive oil

tablespoon
fresh lemon juice

water

fresh garlic
, grated or minced
Instructions
Place the chickpeas in a large food processor and process until they start to make a paste.
Add the tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, water and garlic. Blend until smooth.
Cover and chill for 1 hour. Stir well before serving with your favorite pita, crudites or on a sandwich.
