In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the 3/4 cup mayonnaise, grated 1 clove fresh garlic, minced 1 tablespoon carrots, minced 1 tablespoon red bell pepper, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, 3-4 grates lemon zest, 1 1/2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce and 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt .
Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Stir before serving.
