This classic Cold Lobster Rolls recipe is a popular dish in New England. They are delicious, only use a handful of ingredients and are so EASY to make!

whole cooked lobster*

cup
celery
, thinly sliced

mayonnaise

tablespoon
fresh lemon juice

teaspoon
Kosher salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
1
tablespoon
chives
, chopped
1
tablespoon
unsalted butter
, melted
pinch
garlic powder
2
split top rolls
Bibb lettuce
, optional
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Kosher salt, black pepper and chives.
When smooth, toss with chopped lobster meat.
Cover and chill for at last 1 hour.
When ready to serve, whisk melted butter with garlic powder and baste the inside of each split top roll.
Fill with cold lobster meat. Using lettuce is optional.
