Ingredients

ears corn
, cooked - boiled or grilled

grape tomatoes
, quartered

scallions
, chopped

smoked gouda cheese
, cut into bite size pieces

tablespoons
flat parsley
, chopped

tablespoons
Italian dressing
1
teaspoon
coarse Kosher salt
1/4
teaspoon
ground black pepper
Instructions
Cut the corn kernels off of the ears and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add the tomatoes, scallions, smoked gouda, Italian dressing, salt and ground pepper, toss to combine.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
When ready to serve, toss to remix.
