Cheesy Meatball Bombs are easy little meatballs bites covered in marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and wrapped in pizza dough.

marinara sauce

cup
low moisture mozzarella cheese

parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Coat a 12 well muffin tin with cooking spray or rub with vegetable shortening.
Roll out the pizza dough on a work surface and cut into 12 equal squares. Press each square into the muffin tin. Bake for 6-7 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk together the garlic powder, onion powder and ground black pepper. Baste over each piece of par-baked pizza dough.
Place one cooked meatball in each muffin well. Evenly divide with the marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Heat for an additional 5-6 minutes or until cheese has melted and edges of the bread are golden brown.
Remove and garnish with Parmesan cheese and minced parsley, if desired.
