Add the garlic, jalapenos, red onion and cilantro to a large blender. Pulse several times until finely chopped.
Add the drained tomatoes and green chiles. Pulse several times or choose the "sauces" option for 5 seconds (if your blender has this option). Do not over mix, otherwise the power of your blender will result in juicing instead of a chunky salsa.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
