How To Make Potato Chip Marshmallow Bars

  2. Add Chips. Remove from the heat and add potato chips to the pot, turning them over until evenly coated in the melted marshmallows mixture.

  4. Cool. Leave the mixture to cool completely.

  • Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large pot, melt the butter, then stir in the marshmallow and vanilla until smooth and fully melted.
  • Remove from the heat and fold in the potato chips, turning until evenly coated. Turn into the prepared pan and press down lightly to make them flat. If they are hot, use a piece of parchment paper or wax paper on top to protect your hands.
  • Set aside and allow to cool completely.
  • When cooled, remove from the pan and cut into 9 squares or 18 smaller triangles.
  • Melt the Candy Melts according to package directions. Dip the corner of each potato chip treat into the chocolate and set on a piece of parchment paper or wax paper.
  • While the chocolate is still tacky, sprinkle with desired sprinkles, candy coated chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips.
